When you are selling your home, keeping a busy home spotless every day can be quite a challenge. It's a substantial demand on your time and can add another pressure on all the family during an already busy period.
So here's the good news... relax, kick back, live life as normal - you don't actually need to do this!
As I write this article, I look around my home and imagine the phone ringing from an estate agent, 'Hello Mr Crane, we're coming along in half an hour to show your home to a lovely couple'
My response is an automatic one - 'Great, see you soon'. I do my best to give the impression of calm readiness.
YIKES!
I look around my home. It looks just like an emergency klaxon has sounded, forcing an immediate evacuation! The signs of a busy family life are everywhere. My daughters rooms are a bit of a mess. It looks like their wardrobes and clothes have had a falling out - literally and metaphorically (Mum and Dad's is only slightly better). There's shoes and coats dotted around the hallway creating a challenging assault course, the dog's desperate for a walk NOW and why does that seagull have such a perfect aim as it machine guns my patio doors? Argh - when did I last cut the grass?
If you've ever sold a home before you'll know what an ordeal it can be to keep your busy home constantly tidy.
Adding insult to injury is an early departure from work to rush home, sort, clean, vacuum, put away, throw open windows, no time for a cuppa; then the phone rings. It's the agent. Hesitantly and apologetically they proclaim "I'm so sorry, they've just phoned - they're stuck in a motorway contra-flow. They're not going to make it"
Wouldn't it be so much better if you only had to prepare your home just once and not have to be constantly ready for viewings every day?
At Crane & Co we do things a little differently.... but a lot better!
A comprehensive multi-level marketing campaign that builds interest and viewings over 1 to 2 weeks, leading to a Crane & Co Viewing Event which occurs on a pre-arranged day.
Our experienced Sales Team entirely run the Viewing Event while you can enjoy a few hours off. Perhaps head out for a walk, catch up with friends over a coffee, hit the shops or catch up with work work.
